About Terri Heiman 

Terri is a transformational Spiritual Counselor, Energy Healer, author and podcaster. She helps women who are going through transitions in life (like divorce or just starting over) who feel lost and disconnected from their spirit. Through her private mentoring programs, she teaches intuitive tools and spiritual techniques to create a spiritual practice as they gain trust in their inner guidance.

She is a Spiritual Activist and Reiki Master/Teacher. She has been working in the Healing Arts for over 25 years beginning with crystals and stones creating healing jewelry. She began working with Reiki Energy in 1997 training in the traditional Usui Shiki Ryoho method of natural healing with Rev. Kathryn Barley and the Sanctuary of Peace & Harmony, Inc. In 1999 she was awarded the ultimate degree of Reiki Master Teacher. She continues to study with Shamans and Energy teachers from around the world.

Ruhani Wellness Centre

The Ruhani Wellness Centre is conveniently located near the small town of Pinilla in Guanacaste province, Costa Rica. They are just 75 minutes from Liberia International Airport (LIR) and 20 minutes away from the tourist city of Tamarindo.

FAQ
Q: What if I am already attuned to Reiki?
A:  Great! This will offer you an opportunity to review, practice and step up to the next level. Plus. you will learn how to combine Shamanism into your practice.

Q:  What if I am interested in the Mastery level?
As long as you have your Reiki Certificates then you can begin the Reiki Mastery process. You will be able to review the Reiki 1 and Reiki 2 classes as well as observe the teaching skills.  You will have a private group for the attunements and advanced protocols.  
If you are ready for the teaching level,  you will be able to assist in the class as well as prepare to teach a portion of the class.  Follow up time with me is included.

Q:  What Shamanic Ceremonies will be offered?
During the week, there will be evening fire circle integrations, drumming, cacao ceremonies, saging and story telling. 
On the equinox we will be lead in a plant ceremony by Faisal Khattak with nature hikes, ritual, dumming, dancing and a fire circle as we open our hearts and embrace the teachings.

Q:  Can you drink the water in Costa Rica.  
A: Yes.

Q: Is their electricity?
A:  Yes.. each cabin has electricity as well as the dining area and kitchen

Q: Is their wifi?
A:  Wifi is available only in the dining area.

Q: How do I get from the airport to the retreat center?
A:  Once we know your arrival time, transportation can be arranged.  Transportation can be shared. Average cost is $80 for 1 - 4 ppl.
